Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: July 16, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Riff Supremo Discord bot, its commands, automated features, and associated web dashboard (the “Service”).
1. Operator and acceptance
Riff Supremo is operated for the Riff-Off Discord community by its server owner and authorized administrators (the “Operator,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other applicable policies. These Terms do not replace or modify Discord’s agreements.
2. Eligibility
You must be permitted to use Discord and meet Discord’s minimum age requirement, including any higher minimum age required in your country. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law or Discord policy.
3. Permitted use
The Service provides community tools that may include queues, polls, event and reminder subscriptions, statistics, streaks, voice activity, leaderboards, temporary roles, moderation tools, custom staff commands, and optional AI-assisted features.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended community purposes and to follow instructions from the Operator and authorized server staff.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service to violate law, Discord policy, or another person’s rights.
- Harass others, manipulate votes or scores, evade moderation, impersonate another person, or submit deceptive information.
- Exploit bugs, interfere with operation, bypass permissions or cooldowns, or attempt unauthorized access to the bot, dashboard, hosting account, database, credentials, or other systems.
- Use automated accounts, scripts, or coordinated activity to abuse queues, rewards, leaderboards, streaks, reminders, or other features.
- Submit malware, credentials, sensitive financial or health information, or unlawful content.
5. Roles, points, rewards, and automated actions
The Service may add or remove Discord roles, record points, calculate rankings, move queue positions, publish reminders, or perform other actions based on configured rules and authorized commands. By participating in these features, you acknowledge that such automated actions may occur.
Bot points, coins, XP indicators, streaks, ranks, and community rewards have no cash value, are not legal currency, and may be corrected, reset, revoked, or discontinued by the Operator. They may not be sold or represented as having guaranteed monetary value.
6. User content and permissions
You remain responsible for content you submit through the Service, including poll questions, event details, reminders, queue entries, and command input. You grant the Operator a limited permission to process, store, format, and display that content only as needed to operate and maintain the Service.
You must have the necessary rights to content you submit. The Operator may remove content or restrict features when reasonably necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or Discord policy compliance.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on Discord and may use hosting, database, image-delivery, or optional AI service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may experience changes or outages outside the Operator’s control. Discord is not responsible for Riff Supremo.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be modified, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may correct inaccurate statistics, duplicate rewards, failed automations, or other technical errors.
9. Suspension and termination
The Operator may restrict or terminate access to the Service when a user violates these Terms, Discord policy, server rules, or applicable law; threatens the Service’s security or stability; or abuses community features. Leaving the server or removing the bot ends access to server-specific features.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of community records. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by Discord, hosting providers, third-party services, unauthorized conduct, outages, or data loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, Discord requirements, or applicable laws change. The “last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to the Riff-Off server owner or authorized staff through the community’s official Discord channels. Privacy and deletion requests should follow the process described in the Privacy Policy.
